DELIVERY
ORDER DELIVERY?

To make it easy for you, when you place a new order, we already enter your address as the delivery address. Of course, you can change this address and have your order delivered to work, friends or family. If so, enter a different address when checking your details. We will make sure your order gets to the right destination.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

If you order before 4.30 pm, your order will be dispatched the same day on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped with those placed on Monday.

WILL I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Yes you will! As soon as the shipment has been created, you will receive immediate notification via e-mail. During the shipping process, you will be informed directly by the carrier about the status of the package. You can easily track your package using Track & Trace and see the expected delivery time.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time of your parcel is generally fixed. However, exceptions such as public holidays and ad hoc delays at the carrier can cause some delay. Is your delivery address in a remote area? Then take at least one extra working day into account.

HOW DO I FIND AN ITEM QUICKLY?

You can search for an item using our search bar at the top right:

1) Enter a term.
2) If necessary, specify the category (e.g. tents).
3) Click on search.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel an ordered item by email or phone.

HOW SOON WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER CANCELLING?

Once we have processed your cancellation request, a refund period of 14 calendar days applies.

EXCHANGE
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

Yes, you may when the article is incomplete, damaged or defective. This can be done free of charge within the guarantee period.

RETURNS
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

If you wish to return an article, you should always enclose a completed return form so that we can process the return quickly and correctly.

When purchasing products online, you have the option to cancel without giving a reason during 14 calendar days. This period starts the day after receipt of the article. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you can return the product to us with all delivered accessories and - if possible - in its original state and packaging. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, only the shipping costs of the return will be for your account.

Received wrong or defective article

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or wrong product, you can report this via [email protected] Any return shipping costs will be at our expense.

Your purchase amount
We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 calendar days. As well as the shipping costs to be incurred when returning, if the fault lies with us.

Return address
You can return your items via the return form.

WARRANTY
WHAT ARE THE REPAIR COSTS FOR MY ITEM?

Within the warranty conditions, you do not have to pay anything. If the damage does fall outside the guarantee, you will receive a quote before the repair is carried out. You can always refuse. If you agree, we will try to repair the article as soon as possible.

DO I HAVE WARRENTY ON MY ITEMS?

Yes, from the moment you purchase the item, it comes with a 1-year warranty. At Baby-Phant your invoice counts as proof of warranty.

HOW DOES THE DERYAN SELF-INFLATING MATTRESS WORK?

The Deryan mattress inflates itself. By opening the valve the mattress fills with air, causing the foam to expand.

It is not wise to add extra air. A reaction of warm air can cause bubbles (air bubbles) to form from inside, which will not go away.

THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE TRAVEL COT SEEMS TO BE MADE OF AIR-PERMEABLE MESH. IS THIS CORRECT, OR IS IT PLAIN FABRIC?

This is correct, in this model there is mesh at the bottom of the tent. This is for ventilation. If you prefer not to have this, we have wind screens available for our toddler, baby and toddler travel cot models.
